Mr. Jadhavar, learned Counsel submits that in the year 2013, the application is filed before the S.D.O. for issuance of Tribe Certificate in favour of petitioner No.2 and against the order of S.D.O., appeal is filed in the year 2013. In respect of the petitioner No.1, the same is not yet decided.

Learned A.G.P. submits that in case, same is pending, it would be decided on its own merits.

The S.D.O. i.e. Respondent No.2, shall decide the application filed by petitioner No.2 for grant of Tribe Certificate expeditiously and preferably within three months. Respondent No.3 shall decide the appeal filed by petitioner No.1 expeditiously and preferably within three months.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
