Learned Counsel for both the parties concede that this appeal may be disposed of by issuing direction to the Tribunal to dispose of the Clam Petition under Section 166 of the Motor Vehicles Act at the earliest.

Therefore, First Appeal No. 731 of 2010 is disposed of. Motor Accident Claim Petition, Jalgaon is directed to dispose of the Motor Accident Claim Petition No. 359/2008 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of record and proceedings from this Court.
