The petitioner in Criminal Writ Petition No. 201 of 2019 is present in person. She admits execution of the terms of settlement. Even the petitioner Gurubakshsing Siledar from Criminal Writ Petition No. 1452 of 2021 with his learned advocate is present. The parties are unanimous that both the petitions can be disposed of in terms of the settlement. 3.
