Petitioner is aggrieved by the reservation of seat of Sarpanch of his village Dhangar Jawalka, Tq. Patoda, Dist. Beed. His representation has been fowarded by the office of the Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad to the Collector, Beed on 13-12-2022. 3.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent no. 3 - Collector, Beed to take appropriate decision on this correspondence dated 13-12-2022 (Exhibit-D) as expeditiously as possible and in any event within four weeks.
