Heard rival submissions.

The applicants are seeking permission to bring on record legal representatives of deceased appellant No.2 Sau Sunita, who admittedly died on 14.05.2017, by condoning the delay of 2661 days.

There is strong objection from other side for condonation of such huge delay. However, considering the statutory right of the appellants/applicants, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause-B subject to condition that the applicants/appellants shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid period of delay on the compensation if granted.

The applicants / appellants are directed to carry out the amendment within stipulated period.
