It appears that petitioner may have an alternate remedy available against impugned order. In view of the same, petition is not being entertained and is disposed of, leaving it open to petitioner to resort to remedy as may be available in law. 2.

Such action be taken by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today. Interim relief hitherto operating to continue till orders on interim relief are passed by the authority. 3.

In case of question of limitation crops up, period consumed in pendency of present writ petition may receive its due before the concerned authority.
