In the similar facts and circumstances of the case, Civil Application No. 4828 of 2019 and other connected applications for withdrawal of amount have been allowed vide common order dated 02nd May, 2019. 3.

In view of above, present civil application also deserves to be allowed and same is allowed. The applicant is allowed to withdraw the amount, subject to out come of petition, furnishing solvent surety to the extent of amount to be withdrawn as well as filing of written undertaking to 1 / 2
