ORDER:- IN CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 2412 OF 2023 AND CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 2445 OF 2023 :

Heard rival submissions. The respective applicants are seeking withdrawal of their respective amounts of compensation, which have been deposited by the Acquiring Body alongwith the interest accrued thereon.

The appeals are already disposed of in Lok Adalat and the learned Counsel for the Acquiring Body also consented for such withdrawal as claimed by the applicants. In view of the same, the applicants herein are also permitted to withdraw the entire deposited amounts of compensation alongwith the interest accrued thereon till date.
