PER COURT :- 1) Heard. It is informed that during pendency of the petition, a letter of appointment has been issued in favour of one Vineeta. The Scheme in respect of making appointments to the post of Anganwadi Sevika and Madatnis published on 13.8.2014 provides for alternate remedy by way of an appeal in the matter of selection for employment on the aforesaid posts. The petitioner shall have liberty to approach the Appellate forum for redressal of her grievances. 2) If the petitioner tenders an appeal before the appellate forum within a period of fifteen days from today, we direct the concerned Appellate forum to deal with the appeal considering the merits and contentions raised in the appeal in accordance with law and further direct that the appeal shall not be turned down solely on the ground that the BDV
