It is informed that in connected matters, this Court has enhanced the amount of compensation granted by the reference Court.

In view of the above, the applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause (B), on condition that the applicants shall not be entitled for interest or any other monetary benefits for the delayed period of 3478 and 3483 days, respectively, in filing the applications
