Heard learned Advocate for the petitioner. The petitioner has challenged only a notice issued by the Chief Officer, Nagar Parishad, Majalgaon directing him to appear before him on 03.02.2025. The notice is in respect of deletion of entry in the name of the petitioner. By way of the notice he is directed to remain present along with documents showing his rights over the property.

This Court finds that the petition is premature and without any cause to approach this Court directly. Hence, the petition stands disposed off.

The petitioner to appear before the Authority and satisfy. No observations are made on merits. Present order shall come in the way of the petitioner in any way.
