In pursuance to the liberty granted by this Court, the Additional Collector has taken decision in the appeal presented by petitioner in respect of cancellation of the residence certificate issued in his favour. The Collector has upheld the order passed by the lower authority directing cancellation of residence certificate issued in favour of petitioner. In view of order passed by the Additional Collector on 10.07.2015, the claim of petitioner for his appointment as distributor does not deserve consideration since the petitioner prima facie does not fulfill the eligibility requirements. Keeping the option to raise challenge to the order passed by the Additional Collector, open for the petitioner, writ petition stands disposed of. Interim order, passed earlier, stands vacated.
