Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

This is a second bail application after rejection of his earlier bail application by this Court on 14.03.2022. Learned counsel for the applicant was to show the change-incircumstances. However, he has no material to satisfy the Court that there were change-in-circumstances to claim the bail. However, he argued that one of the co-accused Jitendra Ravi Aarsud has been granted bail, subsequent to the rejection of bail application of this applicant. His role is similar. Therefore, parity may be extended. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that on the

927-BA.206-23.odt day of disposal of the application of this applicant, said plea was available, but it was not raised. It has also been argued that said co-accused Jintendra has been absconding. Therefore, the trial is not proceeded. The legal remedy to seek the separation of trial is available to the accused. He may exercise before the concerned Court.
