Applicants/original plaintiffs have filed this application to stay effect, operation and implementation of the Judgment and Decree dated 31/12/2019 passed by the learned Ad-hoc District Judge-1, Ahmednagar in RCA No. 326 of 2015.

Learned counsel appearing for the applicants submitted that on the basis of judgment and order passed by the appellate Court the respondent No. 1 father of the appellants is about to dispose of the entire suit property and therefore, execution of judgment and decree passed by the appellate Court may be stayed.

Today by separate order the appeal filed by the

( 2 ) ca754.20 appellants is admitted for the substantial questions of law mentioned in the said order. Considering the same and the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the applicants/appellants, it is just to stay the effect and operation of the judgment and order passed by the appellate Court.
