In view of the above, this petition is allowed by consent in terms of prayer clause 'A' & 'B' (first), which read as under : - A] "The Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to issue appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of writ and thereby quash and set aside the FIR filed against petitioners bearing Crime No.289/2016, under section 498A, 406, 323, 504, 506, 34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, registered with Shirpur City Police Station, Shirpur, District. Dhule."
