The application is filed only to inform to this Court that the undertaking which the tenant was expected to give as per the order made by this Court on 3rd November, 2014 in CRA No.237 of 2013 was given and accordingly possession was actually given by the tenant to the landlord and there is compliance of the order. Learned counsel for the landlord is present and he submits that possession is already handed over. The statements are recorded and application is disposed of.
