Mr. Thombre, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent no.2 be directed to attach the students of the petitioner to the Centre at Jogeshwari Higher Secondary School, Palshi for HSC examination scheduled to be held from 18th February,2020. According to the learned counsel, the school at Bharadi is far away and moreover there is no proper approach road. Means of communication are also not proper. Learned counsel submits that Palshi has got means of communication and is situated on the highway.

According to the learned counsel. if the respondent cannot make arrangement at Palshi, then, they may make arrangement at Shirshala Tanda which is at the distance of 10 km. School at Bharadi is at the distance of 15 kms and it will cause inconvenience to the students.

3. It is for the respondent No.2 to consider the viability and suitability of the examination centre. Naturally, convenience of the students is required to be considered. Respondent no.2 may consider whether it is possible for them to accommodate the students of the petitioner school at Shirsala Tanda. Such decision shall be taken within three days, on its own merits. 4.
