We have heard the matter on 23-04-2021. On that day, we had asked Mr.R.G.Joshi, learned counsel for the petitioners to convince us about tenability of the present Public Interest Litigation (PIL) under service jurisprudence. 2.

Mr.Joshi, learned counsel for the petitioners concedes that the PIL would not be tenable and seeks leave to withdraw the PIL.

Public Interest Litigation No.30 of 2021 is disposed of as withdrawn.

Mr.Joshi, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks refund of the amount deposited under the order of this Court dated 15-03-2021.

Mr.Joshi, learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, graciously submits that an amount of Rs.50,000/- be donated to the Covid Center run at Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad.

In view of above, an amount of Rs.50,000/- be remitted to the Covid Center at Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad, and the remaining amount is allowed to be withdrawn by the petitioners.
