It is a group of four matters. In other three matters, this Court, vide order dated 27.09.2019, has allowed to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited in this Court. The amount was allowed to be withdrawn on furnishing an undertaking. The parties agree to pass similar order in this matter, as well.

In view of the above, the applicant is allowed to withdraw 50% of the amount which has been deposited in this Court, on furnishing an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
