Heard. The respondent management is now ready to accommodate the petitioner on the post which will become vacant in future. The Writ Petition, therefore, can be disposed with a direction to the respondent management to forward such proposal to the Education Officer within a period of six weeks thereafter. On receipt of such proposal by the respondent Education Officer, the respondent Education Officer shall take decision thereon on its own merits within a time-frame of two months thereafter.
