Heard counsel for appellant. He has filed the Civil Application No.1767/2015 for substituted service on respondent No.9. He submits that, the notice of respondent No.1 also has now come back informing that the door is locked. According to him, the respondent No.1 is also avoiding service. He submits that, the respondents No.1 and 9 were served on the same addresses as have been given in the present appeal. He prays for substituted services for respondent No.9 as well as respondent No.1. Counsel for appellant submits that he will again cross-check and verify whether these are the addresses of respondents No.1 and 9 given in the trial Court as "registered addresses". He may do so and file the same in the registry within a week. Thereafter, for respondents No.1 and 9, notices of Appeal from Order be issued on the registered addresses, returnable in four weeks thereafter, to be executed, if required, by substituted service. Civil Application No.1767/2015 stands disposed of. 2.
