The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the respondents are erecting the poles in the middle of the plot of the petitioner.

It appears that, as per the provisions of law, the petitioner has an alternate remedy before the Collector. 3.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy. No costs.
