The applicant is seeking permission to bring himself on record in the appeal being the legal representative of sole claimant / appellant, who admittedly died on 12/09/2019, by condoning the delay of 1143 days.

There is no strong objection from other side and considering the right to sue, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause-A. However, the applicant shall not claim any interest on the enhanced compensation if granted for the aforesaid delay. 4.

The applicant is directed to carry out the amendment within stipulated period. Application is accordingly disposed of. 5.
