Learned AGP accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the Management has submitted proposals seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioners in the year 2014, however, no decision has been taken upon it as yet.

The learned AGP submits that in case the said proposals are pending the Education Officer (Secondary) would decide the same on its own merits. In light of that we pass following order:

(1) In case the proposals forwarded by the Management seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioners are pending with respondent No.2 Education Officer, then the Education officer shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within six months from today.

(2) Writ petitions disposed of. No costs.
