Mr.Barlinge, learned Advocate submits that as far as prayer clause-B is concerned, the said proposal for medical reimbursement has already been forwarded. The petitioner has also received an amount and even salary for the period of 01.05.2015 to June, 2016 is concerned, the salary bills were forwarded. The same were processed and the amount is paid to the husband of the petitioner. 2.

Mr.Patil, learned Advocate submits that salary from 01.07.2016 till date is not paid.

Respondent No.4 and 5 shall submit the salary bills of the petitioner for the period from 01.07.2016

( 2 ) wp1449.16 onwards with its noting to the respondent No.3. On receipt of the said salary bills, the respondent No.3 shall process the same in accordance with the law and take decision about the salary being payable to the petitioner's husband expeditiously. Respondent Nos.4 and 5 shall forward the said salary bills alongwith its notings within a period of four weeks from today. The Project Officer on receiving the said salary bills shall within a period of six weeks thereafter take decision on the said salary bill in accordance with law.
