This civil application is filed for restoration of the writ petition stamp No. 38373 of 2023. The writ petition was dismissed vide order dated 12.08.2024 for non-removal of office objections. Now, the petitioner is ready to remove office objections. There is delay of 137 days caused in filing the application. For the reasons recorded in the application, delay stands condoned. The application is allowed.

The writ petition stamp No. 38373 of 2023 stands restored to its original position subject to removal of office objections within three weeks from today.
