The respondent No.2 called for the additional documents from the petitioner and the petitioner submitted the relevant documents. The learned counsel submits that the respondent would be directed to decide the application of the petitioner. 2.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent Nos.1 & 2. 3.

The Sub Divisional Officer has to decide the application for issuance of caste certificate on the basis of available documents

In case, the application filed by the petitioner for issuance of caste certificate is pending with respondent no.2, then respondent No.2 shall take decision upon it on its own merits on the basis of documents filed before it, preferably within a period of two months.
