Considering the prayer, this Court finds that no prejudice would be caused to any of the party if the amount deposited by the appellant is transmitted to the executing Court. On the contrary it would be convenient for the claimant/s to withdraw the amount from the executing Court. In view of the same, the application is allowed. Office is directed to transmit the amount to the executing Court. The executing Court to act as per order passed by this Court in respect of withdrawal of the amount. 02.

The Civil Application stands disposed off.
