We have considered the submissions of the learned advocate for the applicant, who desires to amend the Petition, which is filed on 25.10.2020 and is yet to be admitted. Subsequent events and additional information is the cause for proposing the amendment as per paragraph nos.3-A, 13-A and 13-B and addition of words for the better description of respondent no.2.

The learned advocate for respondent no.2 opposes.

Considering the reasons cited and as the petition is at pre-admission stage, this application is allowed. Amendment be carried out on or before 26th April,

998.22CA 2022. Along with the amendment, a freshly typed copy of the amended writ petition would be filed on or before 26th April, 2022 with copies to the other sides.

We grant liberty to the respondents to file the affidavit/additional affidavit in reply on or before 10th June, 2022.

List the petition for admission hearing on 15th June, 2022.

All office objections shall be removed on or before 28th April, 2022, failing which the petition shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court on 29th April, 2022.
