This petition is against an order passed by the learned Member, Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Aurangabad in Revenue Petition No.10/C/2014/Beed granting status quo.

Since the order is an interim order standing since 2014, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the proceeding. However, it is shocking that since 2014, the Review Application is pending and not decided. The learned Member is, therefore, requested to decide the Review Application as early as possible and in any case before 30th June 2025.
