Heard Shri Thombre, learned counsel appearing for acquiring body and Shri Kasliwal, learned counsel appearing for the respondents - original claimants.

Delay of 2453 days has occurred in filing these appeals. Learned Counsel appearing for the parties jointly submitted that in some of the companion appeals filed by the acquiring body arising out of the same acquisition are settled in Lokadalat. In view of the same, the learned counsel for the claimants has conceded for condoning the delay and disposing of the appeals in terms of the settlement arrived at in the Lokadalat

(2) in companion appeals.

In view of the submissions so made, the delay caused in filing the appeals is condoned. The appeals be registered in accordance with law. Civil applications for condonation of delay stand disposed of.

On registration of the appeals, issue notices to the respondents. Learned AGP and learned counsel waive service for respective respondents.

List the appeals for further consideration on 24th October, 2018.
