It appears that, the land in question of Shri Datta Devasthan was a private land. The petitioner in his representation/letter dated 4.1.2021 (page no.163) has asserted the said fact. The learned A.G.P. submitted that, the present petition is in the nature of public interest litigation.

In view thereof, the petitioner is directed to deposit Rs.2,00,000/- in the Registry of this Court to show his bona fide. The

wp5583.21 (2) said amount be deposited within a period of four weeks from today, failing which the petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
