The applicant is seeking condonation of delay of only 145 days in filing the First Appeal. Though the application is opposed, but considering short period of delay, it stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) subject to cost of Rs. 500/- (Rs. Five Hundred) to be deposited with Registry of this Court for the utilization of High Court Dispensary of this Bench, within two weeks. The appeal be registered, after depositing cost and removal of office objections, if any. 3.
