Upon going through the record, I do not find any illegality committed by the learned Sessions Judge in passing the impugned order as there was no compromise purshis from both sides. The record would show that once the parties were referred by the concerned Sessions Judge for mediation. However, the mediation had failed. In the circumstances, there is no merit in the writ petition. The writ petition is dismissed.
