Mr. Gore, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks directions against the respondents to issue validity certificate to the petitioner. According to the petitioner, the petitioner's paternal cousin brother and one paternal cousin sister are issued with the validity certificate of Rajput Bhamta (VJA).

Mr. Tambe, learned A.G.P. on instructions submits that as per the statute and the notification issued, the committee has issued the publication inviting objections. One objection is received for issuing validity to the petitioner. The same will have to be gone into.

The petitioner has approached this Court at the 11th hour. If the petitioner would have approached this Court earlier, some directions could have been issued to the committee.

The petitioner may appear before the committee on 01.02.2021. 5.

The committee shall consider the nature of the objection received and take further steps expeditiously. If the objection is of a formal nature or does not go to the merits of the matter, then further steps can be taken expeditiously by the committee for issuing / not issuing validity to the petitioner. The petitioner is exploring possibility of taking admission to the professional course. The said fact shall be borne in mind by the committee.

In case, if it is possible for the committee, then the committee may endeavour to decide the validation proceeding on or before 05.02.2021.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
