Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 29th May, 2017, Mr Patil, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, informs at bar, that the civil proceedings are decided in favour of the petitioner and the respondents have every right and remedy to question the same before appropriate forum.

In view of the decision in the civil proceedings, present petition stands disposed of, keeping legal rights of rival parties open, to take out such proceedings as would be advised against the verdict delivered in the civil proceedings.
