ORDER:- 1.

The applicants are seeking condonation of delay of 294 days in fling the frst appeal against award dated 25.02.2019 in LAR No.63/2013.

The respondent No.1 i.e. the original claimant, though served, but remained absent. There is no strong objection from respondent Nos. 2 and 3 - State. 3.

As such, Considering the statutory rights of the applicants and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed and the delay of 294 days stands condoned.
