The Civil Application Nos.6423 of 2025 and 6421 of 2025 are filed for bringing on record the legal representatives of deceased Sadashiv Mahadu Tikte and Irappa Balwant Madnure in respective applications by condoning the delay caused in filing the present civil applications.

For the reasons stated in the applications, Civil Application Nos.6423 of 2025 and 6421 of 2025 are allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B" and "C".

Amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks. 5.
