Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the respondent/State.

The complainant is the father-in-law of the deceased. She was murdered within three months of her marriage. She got love marriage with the son of the complainant. It has been alleged that after the death of her daughter, false case of abduction of her son was lodged. However, one day the applicant learnt that the socalled abducted son of the applicant met them under one tree. The applicant and his friend Baban asked him when there is no abduction, why he lodged false complaint. Thereafter, co-accused Raosaheb Sitaram Kale and Rajveer Raosaheb Kale administered poison to the informant and the deceased Ramesh. The role attributed to the applicant is that she helped co-accused to fell

939-BA-212-23.odt down the first informant and co-accused administered poison. Considering the role attributed to the applicant, nothing appears to be recovered from her. She has a good case for bail. Hence, the following order:- i) Application is allowed.

ii) Applicant Sunanda w/o. Raosaheb Kale be released on bail, on furnishing PB and SB of Rs.50,000/-, with one solvent surety of the like amount, in C.R.No.379 of 2022, registered with Waluj Police Station, District Aurangabad, for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 307, 328, 323, 324, 143, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code, on the condition not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
