2] I have considered judgment delivered by Reference Court. The Reference Court has considered various sale deeds of adjacent village Harangul. The reference Court has also observed that acquired land is situated near the Manjra sugar factory. After considering various sale deeds Court has awarded compensation at the rate of Rs.60,000/- per hectare.

3] The Court has also considered the quality, fertility of the acquired land and the sale instances produced on record. 4] Civil Application also does not specifically state the reasons except communications made.
