Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. None present for the proposed L.R. of deceased respondent No.1 though duly served. The proposed L.R. of deceased respondent No.1 has not contested the Civil Application. Though there is considerable delay for filing of the application, however, it appears that the applicant could not collect the requisite information along with the death certificate within time. In view of the above and the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B', 'C' and 'D'. The application is accordingly disposed off. (V. K.
