Learned AGP, on instructions, states that there is no case of discrimination and as a matter of fact the schools referred to at pages No. 57 to 68 of writ petition No. 5208 of 2018 are being given 20% grant-in-aid from April 2018 onwards and the petitioner's case is also being treated similarly and submits that

cp291.20 there have been communications dated 23rd November 2020 and 25th November 2020, to such effect.

In view of statement by learned AGP, contempt petition is disposed of.
