Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Appeal is filed on the ground that deceased was 50 years old agriculturist. However, wrong multiplier was applied. A defense has been raised that though he died, the family is doing the same business. Whatever loss the family has suffered would be considered during final hearing.

Prima facie it appears that reasonable compensation has been granted. Another fact also remains that sons of the deceased are major and in employment.

In view of that following order is passed:-

ORDER

i] The application is allowed.

ii] Applicants are allowed to withdrawn 75% of the amount deposited with this court with accrued interest on undertaking that they would deposit the amount, if the judgment and award is reversed. iii] Amount be apportioned equally among the applicants.
