Mr. Choudhary, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is appointed by the Local Committee in the year 2004 to teach Computer Science subject. Thereafter, by regular selection committee in the year 2006. The Government Resolution was issued on 04.04.2012, thereby bringing the subject of Computer Science of the respondent-Institution on grant in aid. However, by mistake only one post of science was shown in the list annexed to the Government Resolution. The learned counsel submits that there were two posts sanctioned and admissible. The petitioner was working on the said post. This

(2) 33-wp-1315-2018 mistake was pointed out by the Deputy Director of Education to the Director of Education. The Director of Education was also convinced and thereafter, the Director of Education has also forwarded the proposal to the State Government for sanction of second post.

We have heard learned A.G.P..

As the proposal is pending with the State Government forwarded by the Director of Education (Exhibit-L), the State Government shall take decision upon the said proposal, in case, if the same is pending on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No cots.
