The applicants who are original petitioners, pray for issuance of notice to the LR.s. of deceased Rangnath. It is informed that the said LR.s. are already on record as respondent Nos. 3 and 4. They were not issued with notices by this Court in the Writ Petition as Rangnath himself was a respondent. Now that Rangnath has passed away, notice to respondent Nos. 3 and 4 will have to be issued.

As such, this Civil Application is allowed.

Issue notice to respondent Nos. 3 and 4 in the Writ Petition returnable on 06th July, 2018. Hamdast on request is allowed.
