The petitioner has filed application under Section 11 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act. The petitioner seeks directions to decide the said application.

The learned A.G.P. submits that the provisional voters list is published on 31.01.2022. Objections are invited up-to 09.02.2022. The decision would be taken on or about 21.02.2022 on the objections and the final voters list would be published on 24.02.2022. 3.

In view of that, the authority where the complaint filed by the petitioner under Section 11 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act is pending shall try to dispose of the proceedings preferably before

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
