Heard Mr. Sant, the learned counsel for the Applicant, the learned APP for Respondent No.2 and Mr. Patale, the learned counsel for Respondent Nos. 3 and 4.

By the present Application, the Applicant prayed for permission to leave the Country with effect from 13.02.2025 till 21.02.2025 to visit Turkey on travel Visa.

The Applicant has produced the Visa granted by Tourism Department of Turkey, permitting the Applicant to travel

on tourist Visa till 22.03.2025. The Applicant has also produced Air tickets showing that on 13.02.2025, he is boarding to Dubai, then Dubai to Istanbul, then Istanbul to Dubai and will arrive at Mumbai on 21.02.2025.

The Applicant undertakes to file original copy of additional affidavit showing solemnly affirmed by him before the Notary.

Undertaking accepted. The Non-Applicants have no objection on condition that the Applicant would not breach the conditions of tourist Visa.

Considering the exigencies, the Applicant is permitted to travel Abroad on tourist visa with effect from 13.02.2025 to 21.02.2025 as prayed.

In view of the above, the Criminal Application is disposed of.
