DATED : 26th JUNE, 2018 PER COURT:- The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks two week's time to file on record certain documents. Learned AGP has raised a preliminary objection that in view of the Apex Court judgment in the case of Gurudassing Nawoosing Panjwani vs State of Maharashtra and ors., reported in 2015 (6) Mh.L.J. 915, the petitioner has an alternate efficacious remedy of preferring second revision before the State Government. In view of this, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to prefer revision before the State Government, if so desired. If such revision is preferred within four weeks from today, then, the

925-WP-853-2018 -2revisional court shall consider the time spent in pursuing the present writ petition for deciding the question of condonationj of delay, if so arises.
