This application is filed by applicants claiming themselves to be LR's of deceased Respondent No. 1. The said claim is based upon the issuance of heirship certificate by the competent Court. The copy of the heirship certificate shows that they are heirs of Respondent No. 1. Pertinently the Respondent Nos. 9 to 11 are already on record who are other heirs of this deceased Respondent No. 1.
