The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the students of the petitioner's institution have to travel 10 Kms. to give the examination from the allotted center. The petitioner has 255 students of H.S.C. The learned Counsel submits that even two other colleges have given no objection for the center being allotted to the petitioner's institution and their students be allowed to appear in the petitioner-institution to give examination of H.S.C. The learned Counsel submits that the transportation facility is also not available. 2.

We have the learned Counsel for respondents. It was for the first time, the petitioner was asking for examination center for H.S.C. It is stated by the Counsel for respondents on affidavit that the guidelines for new center do not permit allotment of center. The new center cannot be granted which crosses the another center. The

W.P.1225/2018 petitioner is allotted center at Anwa. While coming from Adgaon to Pimpalgaon, there is another center in between the two namely Jalgaon Sapkal. The strength is less than 350. 3.

It is further submitted that all the process in the examination are undertaken. Even the examination papers have been given to the custodian for delivering it to the respective center. 4.

Considering the above, at this stage, the case of the petitioner cannot be considered. The petitioner's request, if any for next examination may be considered by the respondents on its own merits. 5.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
